What's that Aussie Murg??

well its been almost three months that I created Aussie Murg after being inspired by Chef Nikhil Agrawal's idea and demonstration...but the problem was when i used my whacky brain...Ah, and not to forget it was appreciated by everyone who tasted it. But now I'm wondering what the hell was I upto...I have heard (and even seen on you tube) that chefs stuff a Chicken's ass with a can of beer and grill it (the can is empty of course)..but why did I hybridise it with the Butter Chicken I'm famous for...Phew...one can fosters beer goes into a Kg of Chicken and the Makhni(butter) gravy comes alive with cream and butter...but trust me...it stinks...not to forget that I had to put clarified oil in the rice and loads of Coriander...but ladies and gentlemen it rocks...I wish I wrote a poem for that one...it rocks because others say it...Isn't it funny that sometimes when you put your heart and soul in a dish and it comes out beautifully, and peopletend to ridicule it...and sometimes when you think, What the F*** have I made, you get to hear it's the most awesome chicken I've had...Thank you Mr.Sandeep Munjal and Mr.Sanjay Sharma for trying it (hats off to you), and i feel that Mrs.Swati Dabas is too lucky to have a sore throat that day (but I still would say that you missed the Chocolate Mousse, it will always be a trademark towards my excellence, if I ever deserve one!!!)...sometimes I feel that life would be fun without Critics...but it might get boring too...
